Buddy is a 7-year-old Buff/White male who came to us from a Wisconsin shelter. He was surrendered when his senior owners could no longer take care of him. Their son felt he did not have time for Buddy. Buddy is a sweet dog who can get a bit stressed in new situations but he soon calms down. He does well with everyone he meets and is fine with animals of all sizes. At the shelter he spent time in the office and was very good at greeting people. Buddy is housetrained. He can be crated but it really isnít necessary. He is overweight but that should soon resolve itself since his former family left food out 24/7.
Update from Buddy's foster home: He is a very friendly outgoing dog. He loves to be in the backyard running around with the other dogs. He is generally a quiet dog but seems to like to bark at school buses. He walks on a leash and sleeps in a crate at night. He has had no accidents in the house. He knows when meal time is and will eat everything in his bowl so his food must be measured out. He has a kind of care-free personality.
