Trinity [ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 11] is a 5-6 year old female who came to us from a large urban shelter. She came into the shelter as a stray. She was all shaved down and considerably overweight at 34 pounds.
When her coat grows back it appears that she will have a very heavy coat which will require frequent grooming. She is very friendly and loving. Trinity is both crate trained and housetrained. She will need some work walking on a leash because she does pull quite a bit.
More as we get to know her.
Update from Trinity's Foster Mom: Trinity continues to do well here with her other four legged friends. This weekend the enjoyed the company of another dog who was visiting us, a little yorkie pomeranian who kept her running in the backyard most of the afternoon. She continues to have no accidents in the house and loves sleeping in her crate. She is also crate fed which helps her to realize that no one else will be eating her share of food.
Trinity really loves being around people and is comfortable laying near where they are. She also is getting to know her "room mate" which is a guinnea pig. She goes over to sniff him and greet him each day.
