Tucker went to Rainbow Bridge while in rescue. He was treated for what was believed to be a urinary tract infection but meds given just weren't clearing things up for this sweetheart of a boy. His problem was much more serious and the hard decision was made to let this boy go. We're so sorry Sweet Boy... We really tried!
The following was Tucker's Adoptables Bio
Tucker is a 6-year-old, black male who is an owner surrender due to his owner losing her home. (He was adopted from Shorewood in 2007). He is good with other dogs and is very friendly with everyone he meets. We believe him to be hard of hearing, if not deaf. He responds to hand signals and knows sit and shake. He is housetrained and crate trained and sleeps well in his crate at night. If he does need to go out when he is in his crate, he will howl to let you know. He is a laid back fellow and is content to lay where you are. He loves to go for walks and is very good on leash. Tucker's foster home does not have cats, so we do not know if he gets along with cats. Tucker's only vice is that he likes to see what is up on the kitchen table, but we just keep the chairs pushed in and it becomes a non-issue. His foster family loves him.
