Rusty [ADOPTED JUNE 29] is a two year old, buff male Cocker, who is neutered, heartworm negative and current on his shots. He is a very active boy and came to us from a private party who has three preschooler and felt the dog was just too much to manage with the other needy human children. Rusty settled into his foster home immediately. He and their adopted Cocker, Georgie, get along very well although Georgie gets a little put out by his level of activity. Rusty is housebroken, good with the cats and adored by everyone (especially kids) he meets on his walks. When his foster family entertained friends recently, their friends were ready to take him home with them! He has that effect on people. He is good at games, responds to some commands but needs practice around some things like not jumping on people and staying off the table. He is a sweet boy looking for a family who can deal with an active doggie.
