Chumley [ADOPTED NOVEMBER 10] is a three to four month old, black Cocker (with an undocked tail) who was picked up as stray by a Wisconsin Humane Society. The shelter staff believe he is the same puppy who was found twice previously as a stray and luckily, this time his owners did not come for him. He gets along well with other dogs and is happy as a lark He will soon be neutered and updated on shots and then available to a forever home. He is crate trained but not yet housebroken so will require some work on this area.
